Lids retail stores offer officially licensed and branded headwear, apparel, accessories, and novelties of collegiate teams, major professional sports teams, as well as other specialty fashion categories.

LIDS previously relied on a homegrown legacy system that has performed well over the past 15 years but wanted to replace it with an enterprise level commerce platform. Hybris was chosen to improve the company’s commerce capabilities, drive product personalization for its customers and facilitate future growth.

While working as the Creative Director at ECA, I lead the redesign of the ecommerce experience on desktop, tablet, mobile and point of sale kiosks.

My involvement included requirements gathering with the client, development of wireframes, and multiple design iterations.
